Patented cathode frame
Our patented saw tooth cathode frame configuration provides optimum conductivity between the stainless steel stocking or steel wool and the cathode frame and thereby provides even current distribution and reduces potential for hot spots. With the entire steel wool or stocking located under the liquid level, overheating and arcing are eliminated.

Cathode basket design
Polypropylene cathode baskets retain the stainless steel stocking or steel wool so as to avoid any opportunity for shorting between the cathode stocking/wool and the stainless steel anode mesh
High quality busbars and electrode materials
We standardise on copper busbars for superior conductivity and performance and use grade 316 stainless steel anode mesh and cathode frame materials
Complete electrowinning package
The Allglass Australia cell is packaged with an Allglass rectifier and fume extraction system to provide a total electrowinning solution
