Steel Mesh ArmourCore
Steel plate mesh reinforced plastic composite pipe is available in sizes ranging from DN 50 to DN 400.
Steel plate mesh ArmourCore is generally selected for piperack applications where spanning is required and steel wire reinforced ArmourCore is selected for pipeline applications.

Allowable working pressure for our standard steel plate mesh ArmourCore product is 1.6MPa at 20 degrees Celsius. Standard design pressures for steel wire ArmourCore range between 1.6 and 4.0 MPa depending on size.
Allowable design temperatures are in the range -20 to 70 degrees Celsius.
Standard ArmourCore spool length is 11.8 metres. Nominal service life is 50 years and products are UV resistant.
