CORROSION RESISTANT EXHAUST FANS
We originally developed our bifurcated axial flow exhaust fan concept to be used in conjunction with Allglass electrowinning cell applications for corrosion resistant fume extraction service. The bifurcated design has the motor located outside of the corrosive exhaust flow, leading to longer life and reduced maintenance.
Refer below for fan test data for our standard 295 mm bifurcated fan design running at 2850 rpm in air at 20 degrees ambient.

Particular attributes of our fan design include;
- High volume flow and low resistance
- Fan casing may be constructed from PVC, polypropylene or any other thermoplastic material
- Fan blade is FRP
- Bifurcated design means that fan motor is located outside of the exhaust flow
- Standard impeller size is 295 mm diameter. Larger sizes available on request
