CNC ROUTING CAPABILITIES
By virtue of our large bed, heavy duty 3-axis industrial flat bed router system PFWA have probably the most advanced capability for cutting and profiling thermoplastic materials in Western Australia.
This state of the art American manufactured machine enables CAD format shop drawings to be loaded into the machine as a basis for the subsequent cutting/machining operations. Some of the features of this machine include a 4.3m by 2.0m flat bed, repeatability of 25 micons (0.001"), cutting speeds of up to 1 m/s, 12 position rotary tool changer, 2d digitizing interface (to duplicate existing 2D profiles) and vacuum (hold down) table.
